Calling to make appointments for news estate agency in east london

We have a new estate agents and are looking for someone with telephone experience to call homeowners.
We have a database of people who have had there property valued in the past, currently have there property on the market with another agent or listed there property but withdrew and did not sell.

This will be cold calling, to gain an appointment for myself to visit them in their home.
Looking for someone ideally with estate agency experience, but if not then someone who is can book free valuation appointments for me to visit the home owners in there own house.

looking for someone to be flexible and work from home calling from 4-10 hours per week, depending on the response, if works well could increase hours. Ideally for an initial 4 weeks and again I works well can extend.

I will provide you lists of people to call. I will be expecting to build relationship as it might take a few call to some people before they will allow an appointment.
