The Service
You are required to contact businesses and sell our Google Street View virtual tour service. As lockdown 3 is expected to be reduced soon and the public starts to plan their outdoor activities we want to push our service to businesses and expand their marketing solutions.
This is open to all types of businesses across the UK, especially places that need footfall (people visiting them), for example retail, restaurants, gyms, hotels, showrooms, etc. We offer this as a cheap, effective and alternative advertising platform that can help generate organic impressions, footfall and sales. In fact we just passed 750,000 organic views which is 750,000 real people that virtually walked around our clients business interiors on Google Maps, which has led to £12.6million in extra sales collectively that they wouldn't have made without a Google Street View tour.
One famous client we are creating a tour for in Spring 2021 is Bugatti's showroom in London.
You'll need to research businesses first on Google Maps by using the Street View tool and check to see if they already have a tour online. If their tour is about 3 years old (enter their tour and look at the published date in the top left corner) then you can ask them too, especially places with stock rotation.

We also offer virtual tours to real estate agencies so they can offer property viewings to home buyers along-side their picture gallery in the listings. These can be embedded on an agencies website as well as search platforms like Rightmove and Zoopla. These are especially vital in the current climate as an essential solution to government restrictions denying the ability to visit a property in person.

Real estate tours are not published to Google Street View so don't mix the two up!

Your target clients therefore are very vast so it's OK if you choose to focus on one industry sector or two. Our prices are based on the clients property size, so bare in mind that the smaller the property, the smaller the price, and the more sales you'll need to secure.

USP
Our unique selling point is our experience. We've been creating virtual tours for 8 years and since 2014 have been the only virtual tour company that has a contract with Google themselves to create the official Street View images on their behalf, which no other virtual tour company can state.
For 8 months every year our founder travels across Europe for Google creating Street View tours of the roads, footpaths and interiors of public interest. Some famous examples include 10 Downing Street and the Guinness Factory in Dublin. His extensive training has helped us to develop Street View tours that surpass Google's own Street View quality, and in 2020 we proved our tour quality to be better and cheaper than the leading real estate tour giants, Matterport.

Prices
Our virtual tours are based on the property size, and to tackle the need for quotes we have created a spreadsheet that identifies the cost of a tour based on their business type. For example a family restaurant = £300 + VAT. See our material for a guide. Prices range from £150 for flower shops - £3000 for Zoo's. A Street View client is also advised to subscribe to our ongoing after-care service where they will receive monthly analytics of their tours performance, as well as be offered half price tour updates.
