Business development for a recruitment company

We are looking for a freelance business developer to work with us, using our existing database of leads and clients, with a view to bringing on new accounts.

The ideal candidate will be somebody with heaps of BD experience, who doesn't believe in the hard sell but can market our business using our usp's, service and reputation. Working with our existing lead database/crm, you will be responsible for the full cycle of the lead. Due to the nature of our business, we need our staff, whether freelance, temp or perm, to possess perfect written and spoken UK English.

Initially we're looking for 4 hours once a week, increasing subject to performance/results. Immediate start. We will pay a bonus for each role brought on, along with a further bonus when we fill the position.

An NDA will be required. We are looking to pay an hourly rate plus commission on leads. Please give your hourly rate when sending your bid.
