Build Verified Exhibitor Lead List (6 Major U.S. Trade Shows)

I’m looking for an experienced lead researcher / data specialist to build a verified list of 1,000 active exhibitors across six major U.S. trade shows:

CES (Las Vegas), CONEXPO (Las Vegas), HIMSS (Las Vegas), WOC (World of Concrete, Las Vegas), AHR Expo (Las Vegas), SHOT Show (Las Vegas)

Each record must be accurate, complete, and verified for 2026 participation. I will provide official exhibitor directories for all shows.

Each entry should include:

Company name, Company website, Verified exhibitor status (not just listed vendors, must have a confirmed booth space), Booth number or floor section (no hospitality suites or meeting rooms), Contact name (preferably from Marketing, Sales, Events, or Business Development), Job title, Contact email (verified and active), Company size (must be between 1–50 employees), Country / State, Primary product or service category, Show name (which show they’re exhibiting at)

Optional but appreciated: LinkedIn URL and phone number.

For a successful review, Please provide 3 verified exhibitor examples (company name, website, email, and booth number) from any of the six shows above so I can confirm you understand the scope.

Timeline for this project is 24 hours from proposal acceptance.
