Second Voice is a hands-on, outsourced telesales team for ambitious businesses who want new business without building a sales team in-house.
We run the sales floor end-to-end: developing strategy, running outreach, making tactical shifts, booking meetings, and winning new opportunities for our clients. Along the way, we develop our reps - many from hospitality, retail, and client service backgrounds - into commercially sharp, high-performing salespeople.
Our team is talented, eager, and learning fast. They’re already using the phone as a tool to drive client growth, but they need structure, clarity, and consistent coaching to keep improving.
