Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for an experienced, commission only, sales professional to sell out outsourced bookkeeping/finance department service to SME type companies.
The ideal person will understand the need for all companies to have good and regular financial information. Such information is usually not available to SME's as they cannot afford to hire an in house accountant. Our service gives them that benefit for less than they'd pay a regular bookkeeper and without the hassles of hiring staff, computers and IT costs etc.
The fee will be 20% of the first year's fees as they are paid to us. This will include any set up costs billed to the clients as well. So the sales person will not only earn from the first fee but the full 12 months afterwards as well. Typical fees would be around £4,000 per year. (Average commission £800). This is usually pad by the client on a monthly direct debit, we would pay the salesperson within 3 days each month upon receipt of our fees from clients along with a statement showing monies due.
The salesperson will not have to go and see the client but must be pre-selling in advance of our attending the client%u2019s premises. This job requires the client to be looking to buy for us to visit and close the deal. (Please note. The salesperson can also get involved in sales visits and final sign up if they wish and their fee would then increase to 30%.)
This sales job will not be easy, hence the generous fee structure. We also guarantee to pay the sales person for the full period even if they stop working for our firm, but they will need to sign a non poaching agreement for our clients.
