Below Market Value property purchase leads wanted.

As a basic service I need someone to provide me with qualified BMV leads. Ideally, the same person would also be able to negotiate the final sale value too. Given the potential to earn a very good income from this, the bid winner will have to perform on a results only basis, being paid for every completed property purchase. The winning bidder will be awarded the job not necesserily on price but on ability to generate genuine interest and close a sale on any properties identified.
