B2B lead generation calls.

I wish to contact companies on the same park as me to offer a new service. We are well known company on the park so the calls are warm. It is a free service we are offering and looking to make appointments to discuss the service further. I will give you the site to use for contact information. I will require a short script being put together for consistency of message. I will give you the basic knowledge required to answer questions and understand the service. I estimate around 200 companies, this is a rough estimation though.
Looking to have all calls made in 5 working days. Im in the car repair industry and the calls are to different industries, anyone with a car basically..I'm after quality and integrity as these are companies all around me and my reputation is of the up most importance to me!!
