Appointment Setting - Financial Services

Cold calling to arrange appointments for a Financial Services company. Aimed at small business owners. Initially, one day a week to call a targeted client list and set appointments. Duration of 4-5 weeks. I would expect 5 appointments a week from the calls from 100 contacts. If successul, possibility to continue longer than this.

I would prefer to pay a set fee per day plus a commission per appointment made.
