Appointment setting and lead generation

We have, historically, managed our telesales team in house. We have just decided to also try an outsourced team. Our team needs to be target driven and able to deliver. We specialise in Life, pensions and Investments however we also work for other industries on a job by job basis. At this stage we are actively seeking our team, we want 5 - 8 people. We are initially trialling people and are offering 3 hours work at £10 per hour and will then assess results. Once the team is in place the pay structure will change radically.
