Dining Solutions Direct is part of DSD Food Group, delivering restaurant-quality frozen food direct to homes across the UK. We’re growing fast and need confident, friendly people to speak with potential customers who have already shown interest in what we do.
The Role
You’ll be calling warm leads in the evenings: people who have enquired online, responded to adverts, or are existing/lapsed customers.
Your job is simple: have a friendly conversation, qualify basic information, and book appointments for them to attend our local distribution sites for assessment days.
No cold calling from random lists. No hard selling. Just professional, relaxed conversations with people who already know who we are.
Key Responsibilities
Call warm leads provided by DSD Food Group
Follow a simple script and call flow (training provided)
Ask a few key questions and confirm basic details (name, address, best time for visit / call)
Book appointments into our shared calendar / system
Update notes accurately after each call
Hit simple daily / weekly booking targets
What We’re Looking For
Clear, confident and friendly telephone manner
Comfortable working evenings and speaking to a lot of people
Reliable, organised and able to follow a process
Happy using basic computer systems / CRM after training
Previous telesales, customer service or call centre experience is helpful, but not essential
Must be UK-based with a quiet space to make calls
What You’ll Get

All leads provided – no prospecting

Hours & Pay
Evening shifts (e.g. Monday to Friday, between 5pm and 7pm – flexible pattern to be agreed)
Minimum 6 hours per week
£20 per hour + bonus per kept appointment (TBC)
