Appointment Setter (Cold Calling) for Ecommerce Marketing Agency

We’re Ordonez Media, a retention marketing agency helping ecommerce brands generate £100k+ through email & SMS.

We’re looking for a hungry appointment setter who can book qualified calls with e-commerce founders.

This is NOT a basic calling role.

What you’ll do:
• Make outbound calls to ecommerce brands (we provide data + CRM)
• Qualify founders and book demos
• Follow up with leads who don’t show
• Log activity daily

Targets:
• 100+ calls/day (Mon–Fri)
• 40+ meetings/month

Who we want:
• Proven experience booking B2B appointments
• Confident, conversational (not robotic)
• Speaks fluent English
• Hungry to earn (this is performance-based)
