Appointment bookings with estate agents

GC Property Management needs has a need for appointments with local estate agents in Redbridge, East London. We are working on behalf of a handful of investor to find investment properties for them in this areas. We are looking to source investment properties from estate agents. We would like a professional telemarketer to call all of the estate agents in the area and arrange meetings so that GC Property Management to build relationships with the estate agents and generate property leads.
We will provide a list of ~50 estate agents to call and would expect 5-10 meetings to be secured.

We will provide you will information about our business and the types of deals we're looking for from the estate agents so that you can incorporate this into a script.

We would also expect all calls and contacts to be logged onto our CRM system.

Budget for work is £100-£150 but will to pay higher if it is on a commission basis.
