Apointment Setter For US Company

My company is searching for a professional long term Appointment Setter to schedule appointments for an aggressive sales team.

Call Objective

-Set up a face to face appointment with property/facility managers or owner to discuss our products and services in more detail.
-Collect contact information; name, address, telephone, fax, email, cell phone
-Project size; how many buildings, total square footage. (janitorial service)
-Interest in DuraCare, organic janitorial chemicals
-Schedule carpet cleaning appointments.(hot water extraction truck-mount)

Qualifications

-Prefer large square footage for janitorial service. (Min 25,000.Sq.Ft.)
-Must set appointment with decision maker.

Target Market

-Large square footage building, property/facility managers, property owners, government, state, cities, apartments, hotels, retail chains, hospitals, manufacturing.

Requirements

-Must provide 25 appointments a week, 100 a month with a property manager.
-Must be a valid appointment
-Must provide all contact information and project size.
-Must speak American English without heavy accent

Payment reimbursement

-Twice a month
