We have a spreadsheet of 2,500 names and addresses (all UK) on an Excel spreadsheet.
Each record is to be called, the contact details to be cleaned, the name of the buyer of safety wear to be added or confirmed, and the email address of the person to be obtained.
The aim of the project is to build a list of people to whom we can send by post or by email a catalogue of safety wear products.
We don't expect every record to be cleaned - minimum requirement is for 75% to be cleaned or noted for deletion.
