Web promotion/viral marketing

I am seeking well-qualified/experienced help in promoting/marketing via the internet and/or other means a draw/raffle for my home in southern Spain, which I must sell before I can emigrate to join my family overseas. The bottom has dropped out of the Spanish property market due to over-supply, the current recession, the strength of the Euro vs the Pound, tighter mortgage conditions etc. and I am having little success in selling the property via the more conventional channels. The draw has been set up so as not to contravene Spain’s equivalent of the UK’s Gambling Commission regulations.

I have created a website for the house (www.winahouseinspain.com) and now need to get the word out across Europe generally but also to target expat hotspots’ around the world and I believe that world-wide viral marketing could be helpful in creating a fertile seedbed. But perhaps you can suggest other and better solutions. I would be particularly interested in “results-based” proposals and have one in mind that I could put to any interested provider.

I have a press release in professional preparation which initially will be distributed around some 2,000 media titles, radio stations, property and travel freelance journalists across the UK, and which also will be syndicated to MSN, Yahoo! and Google News, news aggregator sites, such as Newsnow and Moreover etc.

I would be interested to learn how you may be able to help me to spread the word beyond this initial press release and also of course at what cost to me.
