Web design sales & leads

Hi
Me and my partner are both a self employed graphic designer and web developer looking for some one willing to generate some leads and business for us, or even just to direct us in the right direction, as we are not sales people. We are based in the uk/wilthshire, so would prefer someone in the Uk who we could possibly meet up with.
we would like to aim for the small and medium sized businesses, especially startups that are looking for graphic design agencies to develop their corporate identity, and whole package!

The following are the services we sell

Basic graphic Design of
1. Logo
2. Business Card
3. Brochure\'s/ catalogues
4. Leaflets/flyers
5. Web Banners (online and offline)
6. Other graphic design works based on the needs of the client.

Web design - ideal for new business\'s wanting to get an online presence
Web development skills in PHP,Jquery, Html, CSS, word-press, mageneto e-ccomerce sites, ekm

I\'m not 100% sure on the plan yet, as funds are low, this is ideal for some one as a side line, if they have contacts already possibly, we would only be able to offer commission if the project went ahead and we were paid. but if the right person could get the leads and sales within a month, we would consider employment or negotiate a good wage/commission
