We want to have community news website with multimedia facilities but it should be thin client.
we need 10 page website BUT we also need archive for the stories, photos and audios/videos.
we need our websit full interactive with public. They should be able to register on website and write thier blogs and send us feed back.
we need a tab where organisations can drop their invitations for the community events.
We have already decided the layout and color scheme.
Preferably we want in PHP as we believe that it is thin client so people can easily open the websit in every pc / operating system environment.
We want this website very simple, attractive BUT colorful.
Most important thing is, we need this website in two languges; in English and URDU. Initially in URDU.
