Web-based Direct Selling - Research

An established UK (South East) company currently selling world wide via retailers, we now wish to set up a website to sell our products directly to the consumer, launching in the UK this autumn and in other markets in 2010. Research to include: design, breadth of offer, product selection policy, pricing strategy, lead times, post sale customer service, terms & conditions. Research to include budgeted costs up to launch and post lauch running costs, as well as shortlist of web developers. We will provide competitor brands for bench marking. Deadline: end May.
