Transport storage fufilment sales person

My needs are for a person who can actively promote and sell my business in my area, actively look for new sales contracts in our market and or pass leads for myself to go and talk to; this can be done by a lot of telemarketing or industrial estate scanning.
I am looking for some big contracts in certain areas of our markets, but also some very small clients locally to keep some of our local work profitable.
