We are looking for a proven, intelligent, persuasive telesales professional that has the mental agility and ability to adapt and capitalise on opportunities even when they are not as apparent as they may first seem.
Our service offering is related to self employed resource engagement by companies and the benefits of utilising our company to manage their subcontractor contractual arrangements. In addition our company also carries out payroll services and has a recruitment division which is about to be launched, with real cost differentiation.
The successful telesales person will work closely with one of our field sales team, who will be responsible for closing. The role is generating new business appointments for the field sales team. We have engaged other telesales personnel before and to date are yet to find a candidate with the drive, passion and thirst for success that is required to compliment our team. A thorough understanding of the product is necessary to ensure efficacy and all the help required pre-start will be provided.
This is a result driven business and as you'd expect the same applies to the selected candidate. That said quality is parramount and appointments for appointments sake will see a swift end to any working relationship.
Pay will be reasonable and good performance will be rewarded. Ideally we seek to work with someone long term, who has additional skills which will support our business' growth.

Job Type : Commission Job
Base Fee : £13 Per Hour paid on receipt of invoice
Time Commitment : 14 Hours Per Week - over 2 consecutive days
Target : 10 Leads Per Week
OTE: £275.00 per week
Commission Structure : All leads will be passed through to the field sales team. If the lead converts into a sale 20% of the months fees charged by the business will be made as a one off payment for each new client successfully signed. Please note that this will fall in line with our monthly payment structure.
