Submission of 2 articles

I have two versions of the same/similar article, one with 2,237 words inc. annotations that I am aiming for mainly scientific journals of a more peer-reviewed audience and a shorter version of around 1,250 for more general submissions for a more public audience!
It will involve a joint effort in deciding which platforms the articles will be submitted to and I am looking for as many submissions as possible without having to buy a package deal online.
The estimated time frame is 2 weeks.
I am looking for a freelancer with a track record of article submissions.
