Strategic Integrated Digital Marketing Consultant

I want someone to take a look at what I am doing for one of my clients and make some suggestions about how to do it better; because it is not working as expected right now and I am short of ideas internally. I need a review of our digital marketing strategy which includces PPC/SEO/Social Media/Website activities. I need to get a bit of advice as to why what I am doing is not having the desired effect in terms of leading to increasing on-site conversions - which are essentially calls to action to do something (not buy something; just make contact in some way - ie give details for lead/prospect generation). I don't want hairbrained megabuck ideas, just a practical synopsis which provides me with some helpful insights into some affordable and achieveable changes. I am expecting a day's work or so for the budget. I am prepared to pay extra if convinced it is worth it to get the right person both in terms of time required and day rate. The client operates in the high street with a high value product range. I look forward to hearing from you
