Spanish speakers: write proposal for leadership development retreat

I need to write a proposal for a leadership development (2 day) away day. I have most of the details, but need help writing it in spanish in a professional manner. It needs to be in Spanish.

Ideally, you could liase with a travel agent for the logistical part as well.

Please include a sample of your writing ability / a template. Please give me an indication that you know enough about leadership development that you could write a proposal. Please let me know how fast you could do the work, the faster the better.

The work should not take you more than a couple of hours.
