Software PR into Vertical sectors

We have a new web-based business management system that is proving to be very successful and we are now looking to build and sustain PR, specifically into vertical sectors. We want to highlight system benefits and client wins into both trade and verticals. Our relations with the (media/pr/online) trade needs development. We are looking for someone who has contacts /could build contacts in the relevant sectors and work with our existing PR/marketing team to produce news releases/case studies. We would like to work on a project basis, and want to discuss quantifiable results. I'd like to see proof experience of any applicants and an overview of the services and sectors worked in.
