Set up an email and send it to around 3300 of our cusomters

We need to contact around 3300 of our customers about an important update to our service. This is not promotional, but informational and about changes to the service costs.

We have the list we need to send to.

We need an email template designed (or at least our logo and colour scheme) and our copy inserted. We may be able to supply a rough HTML template/style to assist.

We need to get the email sent out within a few days and there will be follow up emails with more information about our service changes over the next few weeks.

Moving forward we amy wish to integrate something like MailChimp with our ecommerce site and mailing lists.
