Selling Domain names

We have a number of domain names, with no website, that have a high volume of people searching for these names in Google. For example, if they are typing \'Hotel London\' we are looking to get hotellondon.com sold. Owning a domain name that \'is\' a search phrase makes it potentially very sellable and high value.
We also require your time, to investigate, and determine the companys and marketing departments to approach. This could be another domain buying/selling company or it could be the Hyatt or a large corporate chain of hotels if the domains were hotel domains.
Experience of domain names, purchasing, buying, and website statistics woudl be useful but not essential as we can provide full training
