Sell a new ordering system to bars and clubs

Our system:

Our company (Genartis GmbH, Switzerland) has built a new type of ordering system for bars and clubs, where customers can order drinks from their table by sending a text message (SMS). It's best suited for larger and busy bars and clubs with at least 10 tables, which already employ service staff bringing drinks to the tables.

Our system saves the customers time and hassle, and it saves the venue time and potentially headcount. In busy bars, it can increase the revenue as it reduces the customers waiting time between orders.

Business model of our system:

We provide the system free of charge to bars, and we also pay installation, maintenance, and running cost. The only cost to the venue is a monthly commission calculated as a percentage of all drinks and food ordered through our system.


The work we need from you:

We are looking for several independent sales partners to sign up bars and clubs to our service in major cities of the UK. You will cover an agreed geographical area and share sales data with us. We expect you to identify and approach suitable venues in your area.

We will provide you with business cards and brochures, and we are always available (by phone or email) to answer any technical questions.

We offer you one third of the profit that we make in any venue that you sign up. Profit share will be paid out on a monthly basis, for as long as the system is in use at a venue (which could be several years).

We will maintain our systems remotely at all times as far as this is technically possible, but there is some probability that you might need to occasionally go to one of your signed up venues in person and help with simple non-technical matters (delivering paper supplies or something similar). This will not be paid separately but is considered part of the profit share that we pay out.
