I would like to hear from talented and experienced sales personnel who can actually walk the walk, and not just talk the talk.
If you have the required skillset and contacts to tap into, you will find this proposal very rewarding as it would lead to plenty of repeat business utlising your services.
Basically, I am seeking sponsors for a number of projects which are either ongoing or will be developed if investment can be found to back them.
I work closely with a large football club who attracts an average of 20,000 fans for each home game and has thousands of supporters who listen to matches and news content online every week.
I would like to companies willing to sponsor the matchday commentary which goes out to subscribers on their official website.
This could be done on a match-by-match basis or a blanket one off deal for the rest of the season.
Additional spin-off sponsorship opportunities are also be available for the pre-match build-up and a man of the match service which we could create.
All of the above will then be required again for next season.
Furthermore I also have a national Rugby League podcast which is available for free through a national newspaper. I would like to obtain a new sponsor of the weekly programme and also sell of a match preview odds section of the show with a bookmaker if possible.
Other weekly titles with the national newspaper can also be created, with the Premier League, Cricket, and Rugby Union's Six Nations all possibilities, with lucrative deals can be done for Olympics and Euro 2012.
