Sales representative

I am looking for someone to take care of pre-sales activities. Basically we get leads from marketing company and we need someone to follow up by:
1. Contacting client and getting more details about the project (for example what type of web site, how many pages, etc)
2. Based on the information received, fill and the send quotation (template available and cost will be provided based on the information received)
3. Make follow up call(s) and try to close a deal

Initially there will be around 5 leads per day but this will go up once you prove that you are the righ person. You need constant access to internet as leads are generated throughout the day and need to be followed up immediately.
You will need good marketing techniques, excellent communication and be assertive.
Potential opportunities for very long term relationship.
Bidders with prior similar experience have higher chances.
Please note: this is not cold calling; you will talking to prospects who are waiting for your call.
