Sales person required (remote/at home type person)

Hello we are a design/web company and we grown out of having undertaken work for the last year for couple of large clients. These project where technical projects and we undertook the design and development of the companies website(s) the CRM driving the site, CRM systems (or linking into these systems), intranet, document stores, social media and a few other bits.

These projects have kept us really busy, but we would like to begin to line up work for next March (2012).

We have 2 sides to our business;
Client side undertaking the usual design work - everything from branding, to print to technology solutions (this is where we are strongest) and we have implemented intelligent CMS systems that integrate with CRM and backend solutions to ensure that the technology works for our clients.

Retention work - our CMS that we have developed in house, is very, very comprehensive and flexible. We are in the final stage of developing a B2B version of this CMS. Infact we have 2 design agencies that use our CMS as they have the ability to set new clients with a CMS very quickly (without all the technical nonsense that goes with it). We are close to finishing this and would look at promoting this into graphic design or design agencies who don't have the money for a dedicated designer/developer. We hope to have this done by Feb 2012

However in the meantime, because of this system we can push out a fully CMS driven websites in less than a week (once the system is complete it will be a lot shorter than a week).

We can undertake any web project large or small and we have a healthy portfolio coming online to prove this. We are also very good at putting in technical solutions.

So what are we after?

Truth be told, we have yet to get offices, only because we have been so busy in the last 9 months with our 2 major client projects, we just haven't had the time!

We are therefore after someone who is happy to or wants to work at home. We are after any client work from small through to corporate as long as its interesting! We have lot of experience in the financial world

Our commission rate will reward your ability and success and we will put in extra bonuses and rewards as we go along. Commission would start at 23% going all the way upto 30% (and possibly more).

You will either have your own lists that you can target (we are happy to create any marketing materials or email campaigns that you specifically need) or you can use our lists (but these will need cleaning).

We'd like someone who can give us input into things as well and although working remotely is still part of the team.

We will put a sliding scale of commission in place and also look at quarterly targets that when broken, get paid a higher rate of commission retrospectively on all the work you've bought in over the last quarter :)
