Sales/Marketing Proposal Writing

Please quote after going through the requirements.

1. Background
================================
We are the Singapore-based online florist.
We have been in this online business since year 2000, and our customers are mainly worldwide end-users who purchase flowers online for delivery to their loved ones staying in Singapore.

In order to expand our business, we would also like to target at the local corporate customers.

Corporate customers whom we are looking at are;
- Manager/Director of the HR department
- Manager/Director of the Corporate Communication department
- Manager of the General Administration department
- Chairperson of the Staff Welfare Committee
- Bosses of SMEs
- Government tenders

This category of customers have the following "characteristics";
- they buy for their staff during the following occasions;
a. birthday (i.e. buying flower bouquets)
b. get-well (i.e. buying fruit and health food baskets)
c. new-born (i.e. buying baby gifts)
d. condolence (i.e. buying condolence flowers)
- they will ask for 15% to 20% discount or the best price in the market
- they need at least 30 days credit term
- payment is via cheque


2. What do we need?
================================
At the end of the day, we need the following 3 items and please quote them separately;

a. A proposal template for Government tenders (attached is the tender proposal that we recently used. Please contact us for password to open this docu.)

b. A Sales/Marketing Proposal to be mail (in hardcopy) to the targeted managers/directors of private companies. This proposal is to highlight our packages and services, and hope that they will choose us as their corporate florist. Its content is similar to those used in the tender docu.

Note : Please note that some of these corporates may already have their corporate florist. We hope that after reading our proposal, they will either switch to us or at least give us a try.

c. An email write-up for telemarketers to email the Sales/Marketing Proposal (i.e. [b] above) to the prospects.

The above Proposal Template and the Sales/Marketing Proposal must be in editable MS Word. Feel free to use any appropriate font type and size (which must be available in MS 2003 by default), and layout.
