Sales/Marketing - Cargo handling industry/steelworks/construction

We are seeking an industry expert with experience in the cargo handling equipment (mainly in airline cargo/distribution) industry. We design and fabricate cargo handling equipment, so to grow our company we require a marketing/sales support person • so if you have a background in the above sectors or steelworks this project maybe of interest to you.

They have a facility that will be close to the new Mersey 2nd bridge crossing so any infrastructure works could be easily handled in their factory. So in essence any experience in the steel construction industry sectors could be suitable.

Candidates must have sales experience and contacts in the industry. Proven success at achieving and superseding set targets would be advantageous. Knowledge of our market sectors (cargo handling equipment, steel fabricatins) is essential.

Preferred Skills:

You will be selling our products to the engineering contractors/cargo handlers, distribution and logistic businesses as well as steel contracting operators.
The roll involves developing our existing business contacts as well as introducing new customers. The products are of a technical nature and so knowledge in this field is essential. It is important that the selected candidate can inspire confidence in himself and our company with potential and existing customers.
