Sales and SEO help needed

We are a collective of professional technology writers and we have created a web site at www.unthinkable.biz. We also have properties at www.rethinkresearch.biz and www.rethink-wireless,com. We need some help promoting them, but really we need direct sales and monetization of the traffic we have created and will create in future.
We have all signed up for a percentage of revenues and are loosely attached to an affiliate group. We need someone to take on the role of bringing in money on the same basis - improve partnerships, make direct sales, create a client base. The work will initially be part time, growing into a full time role, and will involve a share of revenues brought in, not a salary. It will also, in the case of Unthinkable, mean getting a share of the proceeds when the product is sold. We have given ourselves three years to turn this into a desirable destination, at which time we will sell up, and all receive part of the proceeds. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but I am sick of burnt out sales people who cannot cold call or turn up for appointments, or who cannot think outside the box or who cannot see the big picture. One of our number was one of the people who built VNUnet, and we trained people on The Register (5.8 million unique visitors a month), so we know our end of the business. We would know how to recurit and train a sales person, but we do not have enough in the pot to pay a basic, hence the chance to join in with the ownership.
What we don't need is someone trying to sell us SEO services or trying to get us to write about something else - we need someone who can see that this is a major multi-million pound opportunity.
