Medical Nursing Agency supplying staff within the UK and Ireland also Dubai

We seek home workers pref that can offer many staffing CV,s that are screened and checked for suitability right through to closer of sale and job offer

50 % of fee base payed

The fee is very flexible as some placement fees can range from 2000 pounds to 5000 pounds this is subject to fee rates fantastic revenue earner

Eg a cv is sent to our team which we then place within one of our clients

Salary rate of nurse 25,000 K our fee is 12 .5 of the 25,000 so total fee being

3125 ,00 pounds -- this then be split 50 % YOUR FEE 1562.50 at present we do have some consultants lacing 4 nurses a month

Payment is made 7 days from start date so no waiting around to be payed we factor out so quick fee,s payed

Each week we will forward listings of our job vacancies and its down to you to match them with supported Cvs using various tools including advertising these positions on relevant websites plus using your own ideas on how to capture nursing staff then forward to the team so we can screen and advise if we can place these nurses within our vacancies and clients

You get to keep between 50% of your margin as a self employed recruiter which on average is 1250 ,00 pounds this is paid in 30 days from sales placement .

The Role
You will have you own nursing sector and specialism within the company.
There will be full phone and admin support.
You will be provided with a full Licence to access our client and candidate database.
We will provide all back up support you need to search CVs successfully
Referrals in your sector will be passed.
Cover if you are not available.
High earning potential.
The ideal candidate will have the following:-

Have a good working knowledge of the sector.
Be able to use and work on own initiative using the internet
An ability to manage candidate and client process.
Well presented and professional with excellent presentation skills.
Highly driven, enthusiastic and energetic with the motivation to succeed.
Ability to work well with a supportive and friendly team (remote).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build new and long term relationships.


We will provide you with ample support and infrastructure, as well as experienced colleagues to liaise with. You will be given a senior staff member to mentor you .
