Recruitment Consultant

We are a new Recruitment Agency specialising in Motor trade Recruitment. We are looking for Freelance Consultants based anywhere in the UK to work on a freelance basis to generate and develop new Business. This will be mostly through cold calling car dealerships and developing relationships with decision makers.


The recruitment process will be handled by us, all you need to do is generate the initial sale and the advertising and selection will be completed at our end. However if you have recruitment experience and feel comfortable handling recruitment and selection then income would reflect the extra work undertaken.

Recruitment experience is not essential but you must be a professional confident communicator,smart appearance and have strong phone skills. Motortrade experience and/or Telesales experience would also be beneficial but not essential. We are looking for a polite and friendly approach to build long lasting relationships, leading to repeat business.

Longer term as the business develops it may be possible to become more involved in the business.
