Public Relations - press releases

I am looking for someone who can help me writing press releases and distribute them to the media on a regular basis.

I have classes, workshops, trips -all to do with Italy/Italian - that I would like to have exposure on the press.

Unfortunately I don't have the time to do it all myself and English is not my first language

I look for somebody who could do it at a reasonable fix price
