Professional web design proposal made in google docs

My business needs a new form for our bids/proposals on projects. The one we use at the moment is pretty ugly.
We can't use indesign or photoshop for the project as we tend to send out a lot of bids and google docs seems to be the most friendly to this process when collaborating with my business partner.

I can send you my previous form, and will include some examples of what i'm aiming for. It should be well designed to stand out from other proposals, focused on style catching the eye.

Examples of previous created google docs are a must for this, as we only have one shot at it.
