Press Release needed for new upscale costume jewellery website

I need someone who can write a snazzy press release for our new company, which is an upscale restyled vintage jewellery and accessories website which sells one of a kind pieces.

I will be using this release to send to magazines, bloggers, etc to drive publicity to our website. I would appreciate someone who has contacts within womans magazines which they can help me send to.
Fee will be dependant on what someone can offer me. will pay more for someone with connections within the popular womens magazines and we can discuss this

Our website is still in construction and should be up and live by end of November. Would like someone who at first will work with a small budget as I am a fairly new small business but the job will expand in months to come, especially if results are seen.
