Press release for new i-phone health & fitness app

Small business requires professional Press Release for newly launched i-phone App called ABS TIMER. I would like someone with experience within the health & fitness industry who also may be able to manage or advise on a campaign to target magazines and other on-line media in this field. This App also provides a great opportunity within the pregnancy & postnatal market as this is the only safe abdominal exercise for pregnant women. I have no experience in launching an App and hence experience in launching an App would also be preferable.
