PR & Digital Marketing Guru - Upload Press Releases (Fashion)

Hi,

I am looking for someone with Fashion PR background to help with the following tasks:

1) Upload an existing article/press release about a new brand launch on various free PR websites such as prfire.co.uk, pr.com etc (simple admin task)
2) Contact fashion websites, other fashion PR websites and ask to publish the press release
3) Help with Fashion Digital PR getting the press release out to as many outlets as possible (London, Europe, USA etc)

I dont have a budget for this as I understand each freelancer will have different contacts, skills and resources for this task, so please put your proposal in and a little blurb/bio about you and how you think you can assist with this task.
