PR and listings for a photography exhibition

Hi,
I run a large photography exhibition in London every year, and it's happening in November.
I'm looking for someone who can helps with getting the event listed on all of the photography / arts / events / what's on websites and with getting some coverage in the press / on the web to increase visitors to the show.

I'd like to agree a day or hourly fee with whoever I work with, so please could you propose some hours and your hourly or daily fee to do this. The fee I have added is just so I can get the job uploaded.
