Hello,
I’m writing you from Powwownow – a Conference Calling company (feel free to visit our website at www.Powwownow.co.uk) and we are in the process of changing our service offering and our website (including a new CMS with Autonomy) so we thought a look at our CRM strategy should also be in place.
Basically, we currently use a code on our database that one of our in-house IT people created, which uses data such as registration and usage to trigger reminder emails to all our customers. On top of this, we also have SugarCRM, although we only use this system as an in-house customer services and sales tool, plus to send AdHoc marketing emails.
At the moment we are looking to revise or all aspects of our CRM emails: the content (adapted to the new services and with easier upgrading process), the frequency, the triggers and the method currently used to send the emails from the database.
To approach all this, we would like the help of a CRM consultant, although please take into account that we are not interested in getting a new system; we just want someone to help us analyze all the data we capture and help us decide the best program to implement ourselves.
