Experience Level: Intermediate
Freelancer required to sell print display advertising part time across our three niche performance motoring magazines. Established for more than 3 years, on sale in WH Smith, Borders, Eassons, many more. Recognised brands. Cross-selling opportunities in online / supplements / auxilliary services etc
We are also launching new products, hence we require someone who can start quickly and be up to speed very quickly.
Media packs, sales literature and testimonials from clients all avaialble.
Working to 20 hours per week, we are looking at comission of £1250 per month and we require the experienced sales exec to do one deal per day. Upon reaching bi-monthly target there is a £1000 bonus also.
Commission only with long term view to offer base salary alongside commission for right person.
Must be able to work remotely, with internet access, logged into our office system to work inhouse database of leads.
Sales administration handled by office including bookings and sending magazines etc. You are responsible for sales emails, quotations etc.
Long term role and commitment. Repeat business remains with original sales person (ie you make the sale, you manage the account and benefit from future pre-booked sales).
Commission paid monthly in arrears for confirmed orders. Series bookings count towards future targets so less new business required each issue.
Would suit 4 hours per day, 5 days per week (no weekends). Options to attend car shows with office staff to promote magazines and meet clients face to face.
Leads will be provided but lead generation will also be required. We can buiild features around advertising, suggestions at editorial meetings welcomed.
Candidates must have display advertising experience and be willing to work hard for the sale.
We provide marketing, excellent products and back-room support.
