Online Visual Merchandising SWOT

Based on your ecommerce and merchandising knowledge and experience, I'm looking for a SWOT analysis (but mostly strengths, weakness and therefore opportunities) to be compiled, in the form of a slide deck and accompanying report, for an online store from a merchandising perspective for a large UK retailer that is a reseller of physical media and consumer technology.

I'll share who specifically upon commencement of the project.

My expectation would be, broadly, that you'd follow typical customer journeys for new and returning visitors through the site from the homepage / landing page to the checkout for the 2-3 major product categories and assess what merchandising techniques you believe will be working well currently (with images/video examples), where things could be done better (again, with specific examples and recommendations) and where things aren't being done at all that really should be and thus what your proposals would be to improve the store's merchandising effectiveness.

Time is really of the essence on this one. I need the final outputs by close of play on Friday 3rd July.
