Online registration for seminars, data capture & marketing

I’d like to create an online registration process for seminars I run, then automate the acknowledgement, invite a friend email, event reminder. Have all this recorded in hubspot. At the event, they can tell me what they want me to follow up on, have an automated thank you for attending and possibly some content to keep them interested, followed by the telemarking individual calling for a meeting, appointment confirmation (zoom, Skype, FaceTime, telephone call or face to face at their location or mine) plus request to complete the attached PDF and return prior to meeting.

So something like, event bright, hubspot to mail chimp. I’d also like to measure the activity and results of the telemarketer and I’d love to record her calls although she advises the internet is very poor where she is and upgrade cost is large (we use RingCentral within my business)
