Online marketing, copywriting and white-hat link building for web app

I need an experienced online marketer and writer to increase quality traffic and sign ups for my web app - online product catalog maker. The main audience is small business and entrepreneurs.

I am open for any white hat approach. These are most important tasks I want to include:

Content writing - 1-2 large blog posts / month, 3-4 social posts / week (mostly linking other resources with short wrap up)

Online marketing - PR, social, email, content marketing, etc. to increase public visibility - SEO or PPC are not so important as we have good Google rankings and I want to explore other marketing channels.

Link building - white hat quality links from high profile resources (quality is much more important than quantity of links), sites as Product Hunt are ideal

Also, I need a detailed reporting for all tasks to measure efficiency of marketing effort for sign ups. I am planning to have this project as recurrent if it will work well for increasing web app sign ups.
