We are a NEW residential property letting and managment company. We will have an online precence only.

We need to attract Landlords. Initially the first place we will advertise will be our Local paper once a week for maybe 8-10 weeks.

We will be different in as much as we will only be charging a fixed fee for ongoing management, and not the usual percentage of the gross rent, like other agents charge

The size of the ad will be 26 cm wide and 3 cm deep. within that will have to be also our logo and telephone number plus our web address.

Being a new start up company, as you will appreciate we have small budget. You need to come up with the words for two ads including a tagline and a small amount of text.

Think short, snappy, attention grabbing words that will attract Landlords to call or visit our website

So were looking for the words that will give...........ATTENTION, INTEREST, DESIRE AND ACTION.

We are thinking no more then £50 and if they are successful more promotional or work of a similar nature would follow.
