Im looking to outsource my paintball packages to someone who runs a salesteam.

Ive worked out a competative deal whereby you and your sales team keep £40 out of the £59.99 and you as the team manager would keep an additional £8 per sale on your team sales!!
We normally sell between 2-4 packages a day and worked at least 6 days a week as the weekends are when people are out shopping.

So going on that you can work out what you might expect to earn depending on the size of your team.
