I'm happy to coach you through it yet won't answer the question for you. Is that what you are after? It might be worth looking at all the resources on the CIM website. I'm a Chartered Marketer and through my studies I find the BPP books really useful and continue to keep up to date via the CIM's platform. Don't forget they have a great mentoring scheme too.
